The Fort Collins Interfaith Council (IFC) was founded in 1979, with First Presbyterian Church as one of the founding members. The IFC’s mission is to address community issues and mobilize faith-based teamwork to respond to basic human needs in our community. The Council started the Food Bank for Larimer County. Most recently, the Council has helped incubate Faith Family Hospitality, High Park Outreach Programs, and Larimer County Home Share. It also supports CSU interfaith initiatives, such as the annual Interfaith Thanksgiving and Better Together Day. FCIFC is comprised of over 40 faith communities and non-profit organizations.
