Worship with us at 9:00 or 11:00 a.m.
Worship is the center, the heart of our church community. Each Sunday morning, we gather for worship to praise God together, to hear God's word proclaimed, and then to be sent out into the world again to be the hands and feet of Christ.
Our Sunday morning worship services are vibrant and joyful! Our services are liturgical, meaning that they follow a set pattern or order of worship. We believe that creating this structure helps us see worship as time set apart from our normal patterns of life, allows a space for us to experience the powerful Spirit moving in our midst, and a way to honor and praise God. In each service, there will be time for prayer, singing, scripture, listening to a thought-provoking sermon, and reflection.
Worship in-person in the Sanctuary or online with our livestream service either at 9:00 a.m. or "on-demand" anytime thereafter. The leadership at First Presbyterian Church Fort Collins strongly recommends that all people, vaccinated or unvaccinated, wear masks in worship or other indoor group settings at FPC.
For those who are not yet comfortable worshipping indoors, we offer an outdoor worship experience at 11:00 a.m. on the lawn in front of the church. Bring a lawn chair and enjoy the Colorado sunshine! Weather permitting, we hope to continue outdoor worship through October.
Music is an important part of who we are and what we do at First Presbyterian
We feature sacred music of many kinds in worship each week: our beautiful pipe organ, our chancel choir, adult and youth handbells, soloists, and other instrumentalists. Visit the Music Ministry page for more information.
Children are always welcome in worship
We also offer nursery care for our youngest kids and playground Sunday school classes for school-aged children.
When you visit, if you have any questions or need help with anything, an usher or greeter can help!
